I created Dogscotti when I was testing out Biscotti recipes.  Arlo and Ruby, my sous chefs and floor cleaners (among a multitude of other duties) were not eating any of the 'treats' I was buying them.  I looked at the labels and modern chemistry in the 'treat' and understood why.

My Dogscotti are made with ingredients that you most probably have in your home.  When I made the first batch, my 2 fur babies went nuts.  They inhaled them.  The Dogscotti were crunchy, flavorful and fun to look at.

I continue to create new flavors and combinations, and my 4 legged fan club loves them.

At the Little Falls (NJ) Farmers Market (Sundays. 9-2pm through October)  my dog friends learn by week 2 that if you want a treat you have to sit.  A hand shake gets you another one, and a down stay...well now, let me just say Rudi is a happy dog.  By the end of the market season my friends are doing longer sit stays and down stays.
