I created Dogscotti when I was testing out Biscotti recipes.  Arlo, my sous chef and floor cleaner (among a multitude of other duties) was not eating any of the 'treats' I was buying.  I looked at the labels and modern chemistry ingredients in the 'treat' and understood why.

My Dogscotti are made with ingredients that you most probably have in your home. When I made the first batch, Arlo and his friends went nuts.  They inhaled them. The Dogscotti were crunchy, flavorful and fun to look at.

I continue to create new flavors and combinations, and my 4 legged fan club continued to 'taste' the Dogscotti.

At the Farmers Markets  my furry 4 legged (in most cases, don't worry Tri-Pod, I love you too!) friends learn by week 2 that if you want a treat you have to sit.  A hand shake gets you another one, and a down stay...well now, let me just say Rudi is a happy dog.  .
