This wafer thin cookie has flavors of toffee and butterscotch combined with chocolatey goodness and a hint of salt.
 
When your almost done chewing  will have you reaching for another.... and another.  You can blame me for wanting to join Crunchy Chocolate Chip Anonymous... try with vanilla ice cream, either on top of cookie, or save the crumbles and use as a topping.  Sprinkling the crumbs on a cup of coffee or a topping for cappuccino is an earthly delight.
