The original Gluten Free Biscotti! Donald, Dylan's Dad-GO NAVY!, can only eat Gluten Free foods. His lovely wife Suzanne and I were discussing the right combination of flours to use for the best results when she let me in on her secret. When I used those flours I was floored! by how wonderful the Gluten Free Biscotti came out~Dunkable... eminently munchable and very very good. A touch of sweet and tart from the cranraisins, a touch of crunch from the almonds. Enjoy!
