Each type Gluten Free Biscotti is filled with nuts, chococlate chips, dried fruits and lots of love. Double baked for an extra crunch and munch that will have you going back for more and more. Super satisfying when you need a little something to get through the afternoon.  


Almond CranRaisin

The original Gluten Free Biscotti!  Donald is  can only eat Gluten Free.  His lovely wife Suzanne and I were discussing the right combination of flours to use for the best results when she let me in on her secret.   When I used those flours and how wonderful the Gluten Free Biscotti came out~ I was floored!  Dunkable... eminently munchable and very very good.  A touch of sweet and tart from the cranraisins, a touch of crunch from the almonds. Enjoy!  




Chocolate Chip Hazelnut:

Imagine this… a steaming cup of coffee or an espresso, a lovely day with intesnely blue skies and puffball clouds that bring out your imagination, a cafe table and the intoxicating scent of…. Nutella and cinnamon, wafting in the breeze as you sit in front of an old bakery.  Nonna’s granddaughter, brings your biscotti-a double baked crescent filled with chocolate chips and whole hazelnuts surrounded by a touch of sugar and cinnamon that offers a seductive crunch and explosion of flavor in every bite.  My Cousin Elaine says they are addictive, I agree. Yes, they really are Gluten Free.
