A plain cookie with crunch and fantastic flavor. No chocolate chips, no nuts, no embellishments. Just the light flavor of vanilla complimented by a warm maple flavor and a hit of salt at the end. Perfect... just perfect...until you get to the bottom of the bag and you are left with crumbs... beautiful crumbs that float on a cup of coffee, compliment your ice cream or yogurt..or tickle your tongue on a latte. BUT!  pouring them out of the bag into your mouth...sheer decadence and a giggle of goodness.
